Open Job Position: Office Administrator
Currently seeking part time employee:
9:00a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Monday – Thursday (4 days per week)
Job requirements: Perform critical administrative functions at BiofeedbackWORKS
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients
- Maintain communications with clients, venders and staff
- Manage client schedules
- Maintain organization of client financial accounts using Medisoft (medical accounting software), daily record of accounts, merchant accounts and contracts (we will train)
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Organize office file systems
- Respond to phone inquiries
- Coordinate staff schedules
- Minimal website editing
- Post on social media ( Instagram, Facebook, blogs, other media links)
Skills required:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Competent use of MS word, excel, google software, Facebook, and Instagram, google and web access
- Prior applicable experience
